How do I apply for a Mailbox?
If you would like to apply for a Mailbox Service we ask that you come to The Gate so that we can meet you in person.
You will be given, or emailed in advance, the application form which will need to be completed and signed. We ask all prospective clients provide two forms of identification: a photographic ID and something which confirms your name and UK home address. For example, a valid passport or drivers licence as well as a recent bill or bank statement. We will take a copy of these for our records.
The final step is to make a payment for the current month of service which activates your account with us, and gives you time to set up your standing order with your bank ready for when the next monthly payment is due.
